Department of Education
A Master degree in Education envisions creating ‘a community of excellent elementary, secondary teachers and teacher educators – rooted in the best tradition and well equipped for the bright future’. The Master of Arts (Education) Program is an innovative programme, by which the learners will have wider and more comprehensive understanding of education as a field of knowledge and it would familiarize by catering a wide variety of learner needs.The Course is designed to meet the ever increasing needs of the Secondary & Higher Secondary School Teachers in Maharashtra in particular and the Nation as a whole. The aim is to produce the quality trained teachers in all the disciplines of school subjects with the help of dedicated faculty and available quality infrastructural resources.
